Lees is the new Seer of the Hyper Object. She discovered the stone deep in the mines of Last Light, a mining town she'd been living in for the past two years.
Before uncovering the Hyper Object Lees believed she could not wield Hyper. Because of this she was labeled a Mite and forced to relocate to Last Light.
Lees is the unofficial leader of the 'trio' made up of herself, her girlfriend Jez, and the mysterious Cutlass bodyguard Ike.
Lees, and her companions are on a quest to uncover the mysteries of the Hyper Object and free her from it's burden.
